A cybercrime investigator at the U.S. Secret Service has been named to head the Department of Homeland Security's National Cyber Security Division, Security Fix has learned. Cornelius F. Tate, a graduate of University of Mississippi, currently heads up the Technical Security Division at Secret Service. Tate also is a member of the Electronic Crimes Special Agent Program, a Secret Service team made up of agents who conduct forensic analysis of computer systems.
